Wen-Wen Chen
LAc, MSOM, NAET practitioner
Wen-Wen Chen (Winnie) is originally from Taiwan where she received her BS in Entomology and began her career in Bio-control and electrophysiological research. Wen-Wen came to the United States in 1995 to further her education and understanding of how environmental pollutants affect our bodies. In her studies, she found that internal pollutants are far more harmful to our bodies than external factors and looked for a natural path for healing, which led her to her passion--acupuncture.
In 2000 she received her MS in Oriental Medicine from Samara University in Los Angeles, CA. In the same year, she also obtained two certifications from the California Acupuncture state board and NCCAOM.
In her practice, Wen-Wen believes in using the two main theories of Chinese Medicine, which are Yin-Yang and the Five Elements to analyze emotional and physical problems. She can then apply acupuncture which will guide the Qi flow into rebalance. Eventually, the balanced Qi flow will awaken self-healing power to cure illness and bring perfect balance and harmony to her clients' lives.
As needed she will apply Chinese Medicine, herb tea, essential oil, Reiki and other energy work to help her clients get balance more easily.
She also recommends her clients receive NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques) treatments for removing the energy blockage which are caused by physical, physiological or psychological allergies.
The trust that exists between Wen-Wen and her clients plays a very significant role in the healing process.
Please call the main office at 901-372-0710 to schedule an appointment.
