About the event
This weekend retreat is designed for individuals working in the helping profession and other high stress environments. The weekend is an opportunity for self-care, release, restoration and recovery of the vitality that we need to do our lives. This retreat will be a small, safe and confidential group that allows for time and space for healing to take place.
The retreat will be led by one of the Founders of EHC as they continue to model that we must walk our own path of self-care and healing if we are to give our optimal selves to others we help.
As with all programs at EHC, participants will be given body and energy work. This is an opportunity to nurture and support the therapeutic work.
