SomEx: A Somatic Experiential Therapy Model   for the Treatment of Trauma and Attachment Disorders. Module III

Description:

In this Module, participants will gain insight   into the ways complex trauma sets up fixed action patterns in the body and   renegotiate the dissociated parts on a neurological level   using SomEx interventions and resources. Participants will get to see a Family Reconstruction   as part of the training.

Objectives:

1. Participants   will develop a working knowledge of primitive defense strategies and how   they are experienced in the body.

2. Gain   insight into the definition of dissociation on a spectrum and how it is   experienced in micro/macro ways in neurological level.
