About the event

In this module, participants will learn the basics of somatic therapy. They will gain a working knowledge of the neurobiology of trauma and how the body responds. We will take a deep dive into the neurobiology of resilience as well, and how to help clients have transformative somatic experiences. Participants will get experiential practice using the modality.
