Lee A. Forbes-Belue
LPC-MHSP
Lee brings a safe and calming presence to the therapy office as she combines psychology and spirituality to provide a unique approach to healing. Lee recognizes that adaptations made early on in your life (necessary for survival) often end up impeding your ability to thrive—these maladaptive coping mechanisms manifest as anxiety, depression, addiction, relational issues, and more.
Lee regards the readiness to heal as a siren from your soul—summoning you back to your core, back to your truth, back to who you were before you learned you were not enough.
Trauma lives in our bodies, and as such, Lee employs a “bottom up” approach, drawing from experiential and somatic methods to engage the body as an active participant in the healing process.
Lee holds an education specialist degree, as well as a masters degree in clinical mental health. Whether your journey has just begun, or you are well on your way, Lee looks forward to collaborating with you in this tough, but rewarding endeavor.

Maggie Herman
LPC-MHSP
Hi, I’m Maggie. I work with teens and adults who are seeking to feel more at home in their lives and within themselves. Many of the clients I support are carrying emotional, relational, or internal burdens and are longing for greater clarity, peace, and connection. I’m passionate about helping people better understand and express their emotions, shift patterns that no longer serve them, develop sustainable coping strategies, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are—without pressure, judgment, or the need to have everything figured out. Together, we explore both past and present experiences while staying connected to your hopes for the future. This work can feel vulnerable, and it’s not something we’re meant to do alone. My approach is grounded in kindness, curiosity, and collaboration, with the belief that meaningful change happens in environments that feel safe and supportive.
As we begin to understand the deeper roots of how you think, feel, and respond, there is often an opportunity to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been hurt, overlooked, or set aside. Over time, this process can lead to a stronger sense of self, more aligned decision-making, and a greater sense of steadiness—even in difficult seasons. My hope is that you experience a deeper sense of belonging within yourself and a growing confidence in how you move through your life. The modalities I utilize include Somatic Experiential Therapy [SomEx}, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Both personally and professionally, I have seen how powerful healing can be when we allow ourselves to be known—within safe relationships, authentic community, and, for those who desire it, connection with a Higher Power. While therapy can be a meaningful part of that journey, it is one piece of a larger support system. I often encourage clients to build connections outside of our work together, whether through community involvement, group therapy, recovery spaces, learning opportunities, or other supportive environments.

Logan Golden
LPC-MHSP temp
Greetings! My name is Logan, and it is a pleasure for me to assist you along your therapeutic journey. I provide psychotherapy to all ages and specialize in addressing and providing assistance to minority populations. I believe every individual is born with a set of cards reflective of their personal experiences. It is my job to assist you in playing your hand in the best way possible. Therapy in and of itself can come across as daunting and, at times, a little bit uncomfortable. However, I take great pride in fostering a healthy and calming therapeutic alliance with my clients and I hope I can do the same for you!

I believe that treatment should focus on health, possibilities, and hope- not negative pathology to facilitate the natural healing process. All people possess the necessary resources to face life’s challenges, and it is my pleasure to help you unlock them. The Satir Model of Transformational Systemic Therapy entertains the idea that, by resolving past trauma, we can live with more positive energy. It is my intrinsic belief that we can choose to hold onto positive feelings which provide validation and let go of negative feelings which do us a disservice.

During our time together, we will utilize various techniques such as body/somatic exercises, reiki, music therapy, meditation, and even virtual reality to help you along your quest for finding your true self. Everyone’s journey to self-actualization is different from another’s yet establishing a sense of community is one of the many pillars that I hope to build alongside you. I am a teacher at heart and feel that knowing the “why” behind our actions adds a different dimension to the susceptibility to the healing process. I currently hold a master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling and a Reiki Master Certification. Furthermore, I’m an adjunct counselor at The Salvation Army both for the general population and Renewal Place inpatient care facility. I also operate as a board member for the Special Olympics of the Greater Memphis area.

Whether you are a new traveler or not, I look forward to walking with you on your journey!
