Young People's Program

This 3-day program includes somatic practices, experiential exercises, group processing, and time in nature to support healing, connection, and growth. This will be a safe, supportive space for participants to slow down, tune in, and get to know themselves on a deeper level while gently processing past experiences and releasing what no longer serves them.

What participants can expect:

1. Self-discovery ~ Explore who you are beneath the noise and reconnect with your inner wisdom

2. Somatic Practices ~ Body-based practices will be used to build awareness, regulate, and feel more at home with yourself

3. Trauma Processing ~ Process past experiences in a supportive group environment with compassion and safety

4. Connection ~ Build authentic relationships and experience the healing power of community
